To ensure that you receive your full appointment time, ensure that you fill out applicable forms prior to arriving at anew, set aside 10-15 minutes to complete the required paperwork.

Before booking, please read policy carefully below as there are a few precautions that need to be taken to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.

1. I am located in a private studio in Oakbrook. The exact address will be given in your confirmation email after booking your appointment.

2. Although I love children, the space in which you are being serviced is not suitable for kids.

3. I ask that you do not bring anyone extra to your appointment.
